 I.         ABOUT US

PANCASILA UNIVERSITY

            Pancasila University was built in 1966 in Jakarta, Indonesia. The main campus is located at Srengseng Sawah, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta and the post graduate campus is located at Jalan Borobudur, Menteng, Center Jakarta.

            The campus was named after “Pancasila” not only as the identity but also corresponding to its mission : Providing positive role in the development of science and technology along with the development of Pancasila society as aspired in the Preamble of the Constitution of 1945.

PANCASILA ENGLISH MEETING

Estabilished since 1988, Pancasila English Meeting has been organizing a lot of successful events. Since 2015, PEM also collaborate with Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia which was founded by “Mr. Dino Patti Djalal”.

INDIGENOUS is the biggest event of all our prestigious events. We have been conducting this event since 2015 and will conduct it consequentively for every year in the future. This event is opened for Senior High School and University students all around Indonesia. Whoever they are, whenever they come from, it is no longer barrier for them to show that they have great desire and potential inside themselves. We hope by joining this event, participants are able to get new insight and inspriration to improve themselve. Not only the participants will get the platform to learn, the committee, liaison officer as well will learn a lot in this event.

 I.         RULES

 PANCASILA UNVERSITY RULES

1.      No card games or any gambling games allowed within the area of  Pancasila University.

2.      No smoking allowed whithin the area of  Pancasila Unversity.

3.      No illegal possession of alcoholic drinks, drugs, guns and sharps weapons allowed within the area of Pancasila University.

4.      Participants must keep the building clean, littering is strictly prohibited.

5.      No shorts and sandals allowed within the area of Pancasila University.

GENERAL RULES

1.      All regulation are binding and might be altered, added, or diminished by the committee under certain circumstances. Participants are expected to comply with the rules.

Participants have to bring their name tags every time they are in the competition venue. If participant lose their name tags, they will be charged IDR 20.000 for each name tag

GENERAL COMPETITION RULES

1.      Participants are highly suggested to come at least 30 minutes before the opening ceremony and re-register at the registration desk before the opening ceremony.

2.      Participants who do not attend the technical meeting  will not get any guarantee to gain further information from the comittee outside of the sessions.

3.      Each participants must arrive at the waiting room at least 15 minutes before the competition starts.

4.      Each participants will be called 3 times when their turn comes, if he/she is not showing, he/se will be put on the last turn and 3 points will be deducted from his/her score.

5.      Participants should wait at the waiting room that is designated by the committe until they are called to perform.

6.      Properties categorized as sharp tools or dangerous weapons, liquids, or powders that can litter the performing room are prohibited.

7.      Judges may  disqualify a participant for misconduct or ineligibility.

8.      All judges’ decisions and result inside Result Slips are considered as final.
